	Recently, the Glensheen Garden Guild dedicated a plaque to long-time Glensheen gardener Bob Wyness. Bob was the gardener on the estate for 48 years, after taking the responsibility over from his father, George, in 1945.George was the head gardener here from 1921 to 1945. Bob then was the head gardener from 1945 to 1985. This plaque is in the North end of the Mansion's main garden, near the fountain.
